Security Policy

Introduction
Aetheria.Systems ("Aetheria") maintains administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to ensure the security of systems and data processed in connection with consulting and engineering services.
1. Technical Safeguards
Aetheria employs industry-standard security measures, including but not limited to: encryption of data in transit using TLS; network segmentation and firewall protection; multi-factor authentication for privileged access; principle of least privilege for internal access; regular monitoring, logging, and alerting; and secure configuration and patch management practices.
2. Organizational Safeguards
Personnel are subject to confidentiality obligations. Access rights are restricted to authorized individuals with a legitimate business need. Mandatory security awareness training is provided. Access is revoked promptly upon personnel separation.
3. Incident Response
Aetheria maintains internal policies for detecting, containing, investigating, and remediating security incidents. Where required, clients will be notified without undue delay upon confirmation of an incident affecting their information.
