Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of any systems, tools, services, or information provided by Aetheria.Systems ("Aetheria").
1. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in any activity that: attempts to gain unauthorized access to Aetheria systems or networks; interferes with or disrupts service integrity or availability; deploys malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or other harmful code; uses Aetheria systems to transmit spam, fraudulent content, or unlawful material; violates intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights; attempts to scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization; or violates applicable laws or regulations.
2. Enforcement
Aetheria reserves the right to monitor system usage and enforce compliance. Violations may result in: immediate suspension of access, termination of services, or legal action where applicable.
